"In this article we developed and characterized an hydrogel composed of lauroyl-doxorubicin and lipid nanocapsules for the treatment of glioblastoma. We combined this local treatment with systemic administration of ibuprofen to reduce the post-surgical inflammation leading to a delay in the onset of recurrences."
