Emmanuel Nivet (Team 6) was invited to present his team’s research at the joint congress of the European Society for Neurochemistry (ESN) and the Hellenic Society for Neuroscience (HSN), held from May 18 to 21 on the island of Naxos, Greece.

His talk, entitled “hiPSC-based models to investigate the contribution of human astrocytes in age-related brain diseases” was part of the symposium “Mechanisms of glial cells contribution in the development of neurodegenerative diseases.”

The presentation showcased the innovative approaches developed by his team to model and study the role of human astrocytes in age-related brain disorders.
