The GlioME team and the PETRATECH platform at the ANOCEF annual congress

Nathalie Baeza-Kallee, Alexandre Bertucci and Aurélie Soubéran proudly represented the GlioME team and the PETRATECH platform at the last annual congress of ANOCEF (Association of French-Speaking NeuroOncologists) held on June 19 and 20 in Dijon.

Alexandre presented his work on a comparative analysis between pyrosequencing and analysis of the methylation profile of the MGMT promoter in glioblastoma.  He also presented a poster on the quality of life of patients after treatment of low-grade gliomas with evaluation of a new questionnaire established in partnership with the ARTC Sud patient association. Nathalie won the prize for the best poster by presenting A2B5 and GD3 cellular targets in glioblastoma, and their usefulness in the development of therapeutic solutions such as CAR-T cells ! Finally, AurĂ©lie presented the organization of the PETRA network and the service offer of the PETRATECH platform.
