New publication by NOSE team! ATP deficiency & reduced cell respiration in stem cells of TSA patients

Image

The NOSE team has just published its latest work on the study of stem cells from patients with autism spectrum disorders, which show (i) reduced expression of transcripts and metabolites associated with glycolysis, (ii) an overall reduction in ATP, mainly due to impaired glycolysis, (iii) reduced basal cellular respiration, and (iv) an altered mitochondrial network. Congratulations to the entire team and our collaborators!
