VECT-HORUS

Après plus de 2 ans de collaboration R&D et ensuite de négociations entre les parties, Vect-Horus signe un accord de licence avec Novo Nordisk, numéro 1 de l’industrie pharmaceutique au niveau européen et numéro 2 mondial. Cet accord confère à Novo Nordisk une licence mondiale exclusive pour l’utilisation de la plateforme technologique « VECTrans® » de Vect-Horus, pour le transport de molécules thérapeutiques dirigées contre des cibles spécifiques. Vect-Horus recevra un versement initial (Upfront Payment) qui lui permettra de poursuivre sa R&D.

Vect-Horus annonce l’accord de la Région SUD Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, responsable de la mise en œuvre du dispositif REACT-EU dans le cadre du Programme Opérationnel FEDER-FSE, pour une subvention de plus d’un million d’euros. Ce projet est financé avec le concours de l’Union européenne avec le Fonds Européen de Développement Régional.

Vect-Horus announced today the signing of a research collaboration agreement with Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. one of the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. The goal of this collaboration is to use Vect-Horus’ proprietary technology to transport various Janssen monoclonal antibodies to the brain for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. This deal was facilitated by Johnson & Johnson Innovation Limited.

Vect-Horus has established a long-term highly efficient collaboration with the Institute of NeuroPhysiopathology INP (UMR7051 CNRS-AMU) directed by Dr. Michel KHRESTCHATISKY, cofounder of the company, and this Partnership signed on November 14, 2018 is a cornerstone in the creation of the LABCOM (Common Research Lab) between the INP and Vect-Horus.
